The restoration and revitalisation of an apartment situated in a heritage building from 1960, originally designed by esteemed Hong Kong architect Eric Cumine, was a project of significant magnitude. The original teak wood flooring and terrazzo trimmings were preserved, repaired, and restored in this renovation.
